April 17, 2020 - The line to checkout at Stop & Shop in Amesbury is made through the center of the store, in the aisle where they sell books. Lines on the floor indicate where to stand six feet apart. The line in this photograph stretches the entire length of the store’s center aisle, almost reaching the back of the store. There is an employee at the beginning of the line telling customers which checkout lane to enter.
