Year One 2018: Menus

March: Amesbury Eats Hands On, hands on cooking class at Kitchen Local with local chef Carolyn Grieco. 

April: Hat Fashion Tea Party

May - December: Amesbury Eats Through the Ages.  Exhibit about history of food and drink in Amesbury at Amesbury Public Library. Open during library hours 

May 16: Charity Night Fundraiser Vasa.

May 31: Amesbury Eats After Hours, Christine Sismondo author of America Walks into a Bar talks taverns and pubs at Crave.  

June: Yoga and Sweets Tasting

August: Family Scavenger Hunt - Theme of Banquets through Time with food and music focus. Locations throughout downtown. Find the checklist here

Year Two 2019: Markets

Year two will focus on food sources and purveyors including farms, distributors, and grocery stores. 

June 2019Amesbury Eats Equality Now an exploration of restaurant employees working conditions and a Community Read of Saru Jayaraman's Forked

June - August 2019: Family Scavenger Hunt - Theme of Amesbury Eateries Architecture.  Find the modern day facades from your set of cards. 

October 2019: Beer Passport  

November - December: Exhibition Grabbing Groceries in Amesbury.

Year Three 2020: Meals

Year three will emphasize home cooking, meal services and meal programs such as school lunches.
