April 14, 2020 - Original description from Amesbury Cooks Facebook post by Brian Charte “Had to get creative with some pantry items for dinner tonight...Cheez Itz Crusted Fried Chicken with Spinach Cream Sauce over Egg Noodles.” Brian confirmed he is only trying to use items on hand, saying “Along with using Cheez Itz and some egg noodles that were hanging out I also used some cream of chicken soup to thicken the sauce up and give it some flavor. Which I normally wouldn’t have done but am trying to definitely only use items on hand lately. ”
